TL;DR

Alesso continued his exclusive "The One" tour with a performance at the historic Sears Building in Los Angeles, supported by Soraya, Sentinel, and SCRIPT. The main set featured classics, unreleased IDs from his BODY HI project, and surprise bass remixes, with production including lasers, fireworks, and pyrotechnics. An afterparty at Exchange LA featured a surprise B2B set between Alesso and SCRIPT, with Sentinel closing the night.

Support Sets Build Momentum

Soraya and Sentinel drew an early crowd to the historic Sears Building. Sentinel, who has collaborated frequently with Alesso, played some of their first ever performances in the United States. Their progressive hits 'Only You' (with Alesso) and 'Hurricane' (with Martin Garrix) brought a euphoric daytime atmosphere to the lot.

SCRIPT's sunset set carried the energy into the night with a selection of powerful house tracks. His remix of David Guetta and Kid Cudi's 'Memories' particularly stood out, breathing additional life into the crowd and leaving them ready for the main event.

Career-Spanning Main Set

Alesso turned up the massive sound and elevated production with laser, firework and pyrotechnic elements. Musically, he covered every span of his career, from classics like 'Years' and 'City of Dreams' to IDs from the techier BODY HI direction. Entire-audience singalong moments arrived with 'Calling,' 'If I Lose Myself' and 'Heroes.'

Bass music fans received a surprise treat with AVELLO's remix of 'Destiny' and the Too Biased remix of 'Fade.'

Surprise B2B Afterparty

An afterparty at Exchange LA followed the main event. Alesso invited SCRIPT behind the decks for a surprise B2B performance, with the two performing an exciting club set that placed less emphasis on their respective catalogues. Sentinel returned to the stage to close out the night.

Limited opportunities remain to witness "The One" live. The tour arrives in NYC in August, and Alesso returns to Stockholm for a homecoming show on June 27.
