First U.S. Standalone Festival for ASOT
Armin van Buuren announced a two-day A State of Trance festival in Los Angeles during a surprise pop-up event in Downtown LA. The festival will take place June 11 and 12, 2027, marking the brand's first full-scale, multi-stage, multi-day standalone festival in the United States. The event will include the immersive ASOT Hotel experience.
ASOT's History in the U.S.
ASOT has hosted major one-night shows in America at venues including Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles in 2022, Madison Square Garden in New York in 2013, and Oakland in 2019. The brand has also maintained a presence through dedicated ASOT stages at Ultra Music Festival in Miami during multi-year runs.
European Festival Track Record
In Europe, A State of Trance has built a massive following. The annual flagship European ASOT festivals, traditionally held in Utrecht at Jaarbeurs and more recently in Rotterdam at Ahoy, consistently draw 35,000 to 40,000 fans from nearly 100 countries.
The exact venue for the Los Angeles festival has not yet been announced. Pre-registration is now open for the June 2027 event.
