Aytiwan centers Sansan on driving Afro House rhythms, building from a thumping bassline and shuffling percussion. Cyclical synth patterns and stuttering arpeggiator lines add movement while warmer accents and vocal details appear between heavier elements. The production balances cleaner melodic details with rougher synth textures, giving the track contrast as the arrangement develops. Instead of relying on a single hook, Sansan develops through percussion, bass, and overlapping synth patterns that gradually change across the track.
