Bart Skils and Deniz Koyu Team Up for 'Your Mind on Acid' on Drumcode

Unexpected Collaboration Lands on Drumcode

Bart Skils has returned to Drumcode with a collaboration that pairs him with Turkish-German producer Deniz Koyu. The track, "Your Mind on Acid," is out now on Adam Beyer's imprint and marks Koyu's first release on the label.

The partnership came together through a mutual friend. Koyu sent Skils an early sketch, and the acid line was enough to seal the deal. The two producers built out the idea together, layering dark, hypnotic vocals over raw, jacking acid energy. The result works equally well in clubs and on festival stages.

Road-Tested at Major Drumcode Showcases

The track found its way into rotation quickly. Skils and Beyer played it at Drumcode Mallorca, the Factory Town showcase during Miami Music Week, and Skils' 10-hour set at Thuishaven in Amsterdam. Those sets gave the track room to prove itself with crowds.

For Koyu, the release signals a shift in focus. He has spent years moving between commercial and underground worlds, with appearances at Tomorrowland, Ultra, and EDC, plus collaborations across the scene. This track sharpens his sound—tougher, more direct, and built with intent.

Skils Maintains Momentum in 2026

The release keeps Skils' year on track. Earlier in 2026, he teamed up with Weska for "For the Music," and his touring schedule has stayed relentless, with stops at Awakenings, Loveland, and the 30 Years of Drumcode celebration in Bogotá.
