Cedric Gervais Partners With RDM Hospitality for Aspen Venue

Guest House Aspen to Replace Madame Ushi

Cedric Gervais has become a partner in Guest House Aspen, a 220-seat venue from RDM Hospitality set to host its grand opening on December 31. The restaurant and lounge is located at 415 E Hyman Avenue, the former home of Madame Ushi, the Japanese restaurant and lounge Gervais launched back in 2024.

RSVP, the brand's new ultra-lounge concept, will operate in the same building as the restaurant. Guest House serves New American cuisine and calls itself a social dining and wine garden concept.

Fifth Location for Austin-Born Brand

The brand debuted in Austin in 2024, then expanded to Las Vegas in 2025 and Scottsdale in 2026. Dallas is scheduled to open in November, which will make Aspen the brand's fifth location. Houston is targeted for the first quarter of 2027 and the company plans to name more markets later, according to a press release.
