Charlotte de Witte's three-track Azadi EP features AI-generated Farsi vocals, with all proceeds supporting women's rights organisation FEMENA. Hardwell teams with 4444 OF A KIND on hardstyle single RE4SON, while Koven release orchestral drum and bass track sHow me heaven recorded at Metropolis Studios in London.

Charlotte de Witte releases Azadi EP for women's rights

Charlotte de Witte has released Azadi, a three-track techno EP through her KNTXT label. The project includes Azadi, Omid, and Tales of the Desert. Each track features Farsi vocals from AI-generated singer NAVA, created by British-Iranian artist Farbod Mehr to represent Iranian women facing restrictions on public singing. All proceeds will support FEMENA, an organisation advocating for women's rights. Charlotte de Witte previously previewed the music at Tomorrowland.

Hardwell teams with 4444 OF A KIND on hardstyle single

Hardwell and 4444 OF A KIND have collaborated on RE4SON, a new hardstyle single released through Tomorrowland Music. The collaboration brings Hardwell together with D-Block & S-te-Fan and Sub Zero Project, who make up 4444 OF A KIND. The track marks another venture into hardstyle for Hardwell, following his collaborations with Sound Rush and Sub Zero Project. He previously played RE4SON during his Tomorrowland set, while 4444 OF A KIND included it in their live performances.

Koven deliver orchestral drum and bass

Koven have released sHow me heaven, a new drum and bass single through UKF. Recorded at Metropolis Studios in London, the track combines Katie Boyle's vocals with a live-string arrangement by Simon Dobson. The release also features a live performance with Choir Noir and Parallax Orchestra, filmed at the same studio. The single follows bloOdliNEs, hEarTbeAt, wHERE the rhythm goes, and juST to breAThE. Koven has received continued support from BBC Radio 1, including recognition as a Hottest Record.

BIIANCO and Flosstradamus round out the week

BIIANCO has released softcore_hardstyle through Ultra Records. The single combines hard techno, gabber, and industrial influences with distorted kicks, abrasive synths, and processed vocals. It is the second single from their upcoming near_sight EP, following August's where_the_drummer_at?. The Berlin-based artist has recently performed at Tomorrowland and Boiler Room Festival London.

Flosstradamus, 4B, and 4URA have collaborated on THROWIN BOWS, released through MACA Records. The track combines trap production, Jersey Club rhythms, and melodic elements from all three artists. 4B and 4URA began working on the song over a year ago before Flosstradamus joined the collaboration after 4B used it to open their joint tour performances.

All tracks are available now on streaming platforms.
