Crankdat and Wooli have released "Fux With Us," the first official studio collaboration under their WANKDAT project. The track arrives just ahead of their WANKDAT b2b performance at Elements this weekend.
From b2b Sets to Studio Collaboration
WANKDAT began as a collaborative alias built through the dubstep producers' b2b sets, including a headline slot on Ultra Miami's Worldwide Stage in March. The new track opens with a deadpan monologue before TiaCorine's rap verse leads into a punishing drop that showcases both artists' signature sound.
Busy Summer for Both Producers
Beyond WANKDAT, both artists are maintaining packed schedules. Crankdat recently released "A Little Bit" with Kaskade and announced a new project with ALLEYCVT debuting at Lost Lands. He has five nights of his "Get Cranked!" show at LA's Shrine Expo Hall later this month, two nights at Brooklyn Storehouse before the venue permanently closes this fall, and festival appearances at Bass Canyon and North Coast.
Wooli shares several of those festival dates and has been prolific with releases this year, including a new EP with Trivecta titled Sam Adams that dropped in July.
