Cross-Continental Collaboration
Cristoph, the Newcastle-based progressive house producer, has teamed up with Stockholm's Fahlberg for a new single on Interstellar Recordings. "Set Your Mind" pairs the platinum-certified English producer with the Swedish artist known for blending melodic techno and house with organic, multicultural elements.
The collaboration came together after the two producers began exchanging music. Cristoph explained the process: "I've been a big fan of Alex for a good while now and have always supported his music. We got in touch not so long ago and started swapping music which quickly moved into a collab conversation. He had something started which I jumped on and finished. After working with Interstellar on a couple of releases prior to this, I knew this was the perfect home for the record."
Vocal Progressive House with Lucy Dye
"Set Your Mind" features vocals from Berlin-based singer Lucy Dye. The track builds around a brooding vocal refrain layered over arpeggios and warm synth swells, anchored by kicks and basslines. The production balances euphoric and melancholic tones with a slow-burning progression.
Cristoph returns to Interstellar after debuting on the label last year with "Echoes." He released his debut album Life Through a Different Lens in 2025 and is currently on an international tour that includes stops at EDC Las Vegas, Illum Block Party, Paul Kalkbrenner Invites at Halle de la Machine in France, and Inu x OSCURA with Yotto at Digital Newcastle, along with headline shows at Academy LA, Sunnyside Sessions, Ductwork Silo Dallas, Night We Met, The Magic Stick, Q Nightclub, Celebrities Nightclub, and The Barbary.
