DJ Snake to Headline Marbella's Inaugural 12:XII Festival

DJ Snake Leads the Debut Lineup

DJ Snake will headline the inaugural edition of 12:XII, a new one-day electronic music festival taking place in Marbella on Friday, August 21, 2026. The French producer has amassed billions of streams through global hits including Turn Down for What, Lean On, Taki Taki and Let Me Love You, while headlining festivals and arenas across the world.

Joining him is Joezi, whose emotive mix of Afro house and melodic electronic music has made him a recognised name within the genre. Skinny, Declan, Blacksun and Diego Marin complete the current lineup, with further artists expected to be announced before the festival takes place.

Explaining the decision to select DJ Snake for the first edition, the festival's founder said: "Great brands are built around an idea, not an event. 12:XII was born from the belief that time is the ultimate luxury, and that one extraordinary night can live far beyond the moment itself. DJ Snake was the natural choice to open that story because true icons don't just perform — they define generations."

Premium Production in an Open-Air Setting

Centred around the theme Beyond Time, the event will bring together electronic music, high-spec production and premium hospitality at Recinto Ferial de San Pedro Alcántara. The festival will take place in an open-air setting surrounded by palm trees, with an elevated view of downtown Marbella.

Giant LED screens, ice cannons, dynamic structures and a world-class sound system will be installed across the venue. An elevated backstage area and VIP experience will also be installed among the palm trees as the event continues from the daytime into the night.

The Story Behind the Name

The festival takes its name from a connection first formed in December 2012. Its team brings together experience across electronic music, luxury hospitality and artistic direction, with the intention of creating a new annual event in Marbella.

Built around the theme Beyond Time, the concept is based on the idea that time is a form of luxury and that a single event can continue to hold meaning after it ends. Positioned between the Mediterranean coastline and the Sierra Blanca mountains, the city has long attracted visitors through its beach clubs, fine dining and world-class hotels.

12:XII takes place on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Recinto Ferial de San Pedro Alcántara in Marbella, Spain. General admission tickets start from €49, while VIP tables are available in limited numbers.
