TL;DR

Dom Dolla has launched Good Fortune Records, an independent label for emerging and established dance music artists. The label expands his Good Fortune party series, which began in 2024 and has since grown to seven cities. The first release, "DANCE" by Torren Foot and rhys from the sticks, arrives October 16.

“a place where both new up-and-coming artists and established legends can come together and do what they do best”

From Parties to Platform

Dom Dolla has turned his Good Fortune party series into an independent label. What started in 2024 as curated events has since grown to seven cities: Melbourne, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Detroit, London, and Manchester. Artists including Solomun, Green Velvet, Tiga, Fcukers, and Skream have played Good Fortune parties. Now, Good Fortune Records gives the project a release arm for both new and established talent.

First Release from Torren Foot and rhys from the sticks

The label's inaugural release arrives October 16 with "DANCE" by Torren Foot and rhys from the sticks. Torren Foot recently played Dom Dolla's sold-out Marvel Stadium show in Melbourne alongside Green Velvet, RONA., and DJ JNETT, connecting him to the Good Fortune orbit before the label announcement. Together with rhys from the sticks, the pair will introduce the sound of the new imprint.

Supporting Emerging and Established Artists

Dom Dolla has described the label as a place where both new up-and-coming artists and established legends can come together and do what they do best. After more than two decades behind the decks, he says discovering music that works on a dancefloor remains one of his favorite parts of DJing. Good Fortune Records gives him the opportunity to take that interest further by releasing music from artists at different stages of their careers, rather than centering the project around his own catalogue.

The label launch caps a major year for Dom Dolla that included appearances at Coachella, Tomorrowland, and Creamfields, plus another season at Hï Ibiza. His Marvel Stadium show drew around 60,000 attendees, becoming the largest solo electronic dance music concert staged in Australia. Recent music releases have included "DANGER DANGER" with Solomun and Skepta, "Don't Worry Baby" with Tiga, and a remix of KETTAMA's "Comes & Goes." "DANCE" by Torren Foot and rhys from the sticks arrives October 16.
