Eric Luttrell has built his reputation on patience. The Los Angeles producer's latest work for Anjunadeep, the four-track Moonlight EP, reinforces the meditative approach that has made him a cornerstone of the label's progressive house roster.
Four Tracks, Two Moods
The title track opens with layered synths and a gradual build designed for both headphone listening and peak-time floor moments. "How Will I Know" shifts toward brighter energy while maintaining the EP's sonic thread—warm production that feels conversational rather than bombastic.
"Love" and "On The Line" round out the middle of the release with subtle string arrangements and bass frequencies that operate on feel rather than force. Vocal elements, where present, are woven into the composition rather than layered on top.
Extended Versions Included
Each of the four tracks receives an extended treatment. Rather than obligatory DJ tools, Luttrell uses the additional runtime to let compositional elements unfold further, offering deeper hypnotic progression for club settings.
