The debut edition features Charlotte de Witte, Michael Bibi, Adriatique, Vintage Culture, Pete Tong, WhoMadeWho, and Enrico Sangiuliano, with main festival nights on October 9 and 10 and additional events across Cairo. Three-time European Best Major Festival winner EXIT is bringing its festival model to Egypt with Starlight Festival 2026, a new multi-day event running October 8–11 near the Great Pyramids of Giza. The festival is a partnership between EXIT, electronic music platform P+US, and Venture Lifestyle, with two main nights scheduled for October 9 and 10 at the pyramids site and opening and closing events across Cairo.

Charlotte de Witte, Michael Bibi, and Adriatique headline debut edition

The first lineup features Charlotte de Witte, Michael Bibi, and Adriatique as headliners, marking Charlotte de Witte's first performance in Egypt and Michael Bibi's first show near the pyramids. Adriatique return to the site after previously performing near the Great Pyramids of Giza to nearly 10,000 people.

The bill also includes Vintage Culture, Pete Tong, WhoMadeWho, and Enrico Sangiuliano, alongside additional regional and international artists. The lineup spans techno, house, and live electronic acts, positioning the festival as a full-scale electronic music event rather than a one-off landmark show.

Multi-day format spans pyramids site and Cairo venues

Starlight Festival 2026 will feature more than five stages and zones, including a VR experience originally unveiled at Expo Dubai. The festival will be staged from a designated location near the pyramids, with the monuments serving as a backdrop rather than the event ground itself, in recognition of the site's protected heritage status.

Dušan Kovačević, founder and CEO of EXIT Festival, framed the project as an opportunity to bring EXIT's festival experience to one of the world's most recognized historical sites while showcasing Egypt's cultural heritage to an international audience. For Venture Lifestyle and P+US, the festival follows previous large-scale electronic music projects in Egypt, including Anyma's Quantum Genesys at the Great Pyramids of Giza.

Starlight Festival 2026 takes place October 8–11, with main festival nights on October 9 and 10 near the Great Pyramids of Giza.
