Ice Cube Drops Out of Escape Halloween 2026 Lineup

Insomniac Confirms Lineup Change

Ice Cube has withdrawn from Escape: Psycho Circus 2026, Insomniac announced this week. The company posted a statement to its Instagram Stories confirming the cancellation: "Unfortunately, Ice Cube will no longer be able to join us at Escape: Psycho Circus 2026. A replacement will be announced soon."

Hip-Hop Crossover at the Sewer District Stage

The rapper and actor was scheduled to perform at the Sewer District stage on Halloween night, continuing Escape's tradition of integrating hip-hop into its predominantly electronic music lineup. Insomniac has previously booked Metro Boomin in 2019, Playboy Carti in 2021, and Ludacris in 2024 for the festival. The appearance would have marked Ice Cube's first Insomniac festival set since HARD Summer 2016.

This year's lineup features Zedd, Richie Hawtin, NERVO, Cascada, Adventure Club, and EDM.com Class of 2026 artist A Little Sound, among others.

Escape returns to the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino for its 16th edition on October 30–31, 2026.
