Martin Garrix closed out his three-night stand at Brooklyn's Barclays Center this weekend with the worldwide premiere of "Bizarre," an unreleased collaboration with Madonna slated for her fifteenth studio album.
Pink and Purple Lights for Madonna's Return
The Dutch producer bathed the arena in vibrant pink and purple lights to match the visual aesthetic of Confessions II before dropping the pulsing dance track. The performance came as part of his Americas Tour, the largest headline tour of his career. "Bizarre" marks the fourth preview from the album, following the previously released "I Feel So Free," "Love Sensation," and a collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter titled "Bring Your Love."
A Sequel Two Decades in the Making
Confessions II functions as a direct sequel to Madonna's 2005 fan-favorite Confessions on a Dance Floor. The project reunites her with Stuart Price, the prolific record producer who also makes electronic music under the alias Jacques Lu Cont.
Madonna's new album arrives July 3. Meanwhile, Garrix is working on his own follow-up to 2022's Sentio, confirmed for release in late 2026 though no title or specific date has been announced.
