MEDUZA have released a new single with Khalid, pairing the Italian trio's house production with the R&B vocalist's smooth delivery. The track, titled 'Weekend', arrives via Island Records and marks the fifth release from MEDUZA in 2026.
A Cross-Genre Partnership
The collaboration brings together two acts with established track records in blending genres. MEDUZA broke through in 2019 with 'Piece Of Your Heart' and have remained a fixture in house music since. Khalid has built his electronic music résumé through previous work with Disclosure, Kygo, and Martin Garrix.
Speaking about the collaboration, MEDUZA described the process as "an incredible experience from start to finish," adding that both artists poured "so much passion" into the record and hope listeners can feel the emotion behind it.
Continuing a Busy Year
'Weekend' follows MEDUZA's earlier 2026 single 'Don't Wanna Go Home'. Since their 2019 breakthrough, the trio has accumulated billions of streams and become regulars at festivals including Tomorrowland, EDC, and Coachella.
The single is available now on all major streaming platforms.
