Jump-Up Drum & Bass Meets Heavy Guitar
Micah Martin has linked with OddKidOut for "Burn Them All," the first offering from his 17-track debut album All I Need, set for November 20. The production, handled by OddKidOut alongside Shawn Mayer of Melrose Avenue, blends heavy guitar work with driving jump-up drum & bass rhythms and Martin's intense, screamed vocals. The arrangement stays focused and aggressive, with guitars cutting through the fast-paced drums while the vocal delivery remains raw and direct.
The song reflects the core of what Martin has developed over the last ten years: a practical fusion of electronic bass music and the rock/metal background he came from. That balance runs through the full album, which includes additional work with Flux Pavilion, HIGHSOCIETY, and others.
From Rock Frontman to Bass Music Hybrid
Martin started in rock, fronting The Zealots and opening for acts like I Prevail and Memphis May Fire. After shifting to electronic music post-2020, his vocals appeared on releases with SLANDER, Zomboy, Kayzo, and others. He's played stages from EDC Las Vegas to Lost Lands, hosts on Insomniac Radio's IMPACT and BASSRUSH channels, and has begun DJing, supporting RIOT and yetep on tour.
"Burn Them All" delivers a dark, high-energy sound designed for live settings. Martin's debut album arrives November 20.
