TL;DR

Meet Me At The Hotel (MMATH) is celebrating its fifth anniversary this October with its largest program yet. Since launching in 2022 at Amsterdam's Room Mate Aitana, the platform has grown from 400 guests to more than 1,500 daily attendees, with over 7,000 music professionals passing through. The 2026 edition features expanded partnerships including EDM.com, SPRAYGROUND, and returning collaborators like We Rave You, Bootshaus, and labels such as Revealed Recordings and bitbird.

“MMATH is the environment where I think everybody feels at home”

“The Room Mate Aitana and MMATH makes the perfect combination of that coming home feeling and having everything you need under one roof. From the restaurant to meeting spots, panels, music studios and industry mixers, it all happens at MMATH.”

“I would say this year is our best year when looking at the diversity of the program and the amazing partners that have newly joined us or who have been with us for several years.”

From 400 to 1,500: Five Years of Growth

Meet Me At The Hotel has been staging industry gatherings at Amsterdam's Room Mate Aitana since 2022, and its fifth anniversary edition this October represents the largest program the organization has assembled to date. The first edition welcomed 400 guests; by 2025 daily attendance had crossed 1,500. More than 7,000 music professionals have passed through the venue's doors over five years, all focused on business development and collaboration.

The Oscar Room and Industry Partners

Founder and COO Bjorn Wilbrink credits the platform's staying power to a "convenient, warm, efficient and diverse" atmosphere cultivated over half a decade. The Oscar Room, a 132-square-meter stage overlooking the marina, has become one of Amsterdam Dance Event week's most talked-about spaces. We Rave You and Bootshaus have staged DJ performances while 1001Tracklists teamed with r/hood for networking events. Dance labels including Hardwell's Revealed Recordings and San Holo's bitbird have hosted showcases and open-deck sessions.

Expanded Programming for 2026

The fifth edition brings new partners into the fold. EDM.com is hosting a takeover on Friday, October 23rd with networking, DJ sets, and giveaways. SPRAYGROUND is running a week-long pop-up store, and returning partners include The Pack, LABELWORX, RCF, Distrokid, and Four Venues. Wilbrink describes 2026 as "our best year when looking at the diversity of the program and the amazing partners that have newly joined us or who have been with us for several years."

The venue sits five minutes on foot from Amsterdam Centraal. Free RSVPs and hotel bookings are available now through the MMATH website.
