Peggy Gou will appear at Google's Made by Google 2026 hardware launch event, the company confirmed in a teaser video posted to X on August 6. The South Korean DJ joins a lineup that includes host Trevor Noah, NBA star Stephen Curry, podcast host Alex Cooper, and fellow electronic artist PinkPantheress.
Event Details and Expected Announcements
The event takes place Wednesday, August 12 at 6pm ET from New York City and will stream on Google's YouTube channel and through the Google Store. Google is expected to unveil the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro XL alongside the Pixel Watch 5. The teaser video offered brief first looks at the Pixel 11 Pro running its HiLight feature, an active RGB lighting system reported to appear across the wider Pixel 11 range.
Noah takes over hosting duties from Jimmy Fallon, who hosted last year's event.
Peggy Gou's Recent Brand and Performance Work
The Google appearance continues a busy stretch of brand partnerships and high-profile performances for Peggy Gou. She recently contributed 'D.A.N.C.E' to F1's soundtrack and official album, launched her Midnight Lobster Club concept with a one-night takeover of [UNVRS] Ibiza on June 12, and played her own Peggy Gou On The Thames show at London's Old Royal Naval College on August 2.
Two days after the Google event, Peggy Gou is scheduled to play Sziget Festival in Budapest on August 14.
