Relentless Beats is launching HEX, a bass music festival set for October 30 and 31 at Rawhide Festival Grounds on the southern edge of the Phoenix metro. The two-night event comes from Aftershock, the promoter's bass-focused offshoot, and will feature two stages of dubstep and bass programming.
Subtronics and Excision Lead the Bill
Subtronics will headline Friday night, with Excision closing out Saturday. The pair of dubstep producers anchor a lineup that includes INZO and ATLiens in supporting slots, alongside sets from Badklaat, yvm3, Softest Hard, and DENNETT.
Western Venue Gets Bass Treatment
Rawhide, a Western-themed event space, will host the inaugural festival across two stages. The venue has previously accommodated large-scale events in the Arizona desert.
Tickets go on sale Thursday, June 25 at 10am PT. HEX marks Relentless Beats' latest expansion into genre-specific festival programming in the Southwest.
