Swedish House Mafia have unveiled a World Cup-themed merchandise collection as Sweden kicks off its 2026 tournament campaign. The trio shared the first look on Instagram, showcasing a series of primarily all-black garments marked with a crest and prominently featuring the number 3.
Timing and National Pride
The announcement arrived just after Sweden opened its 2026 World Cup run with a 5-1 victory over Tunisia in Monterrey. The match marked the nation's first appearance in the tournament since failing to qualify for the 2022 edition in Qatar.
Football Meets Brand Identity
The collection extends Swedish House Mafia's track record of ventures beyond music. In 2022, the group partnered with IKEA to develop OBEGRÄNSAD, a home studio line built around their signature black palette. Their connection to football runs deeper than branding: Sebastian Ingrosso once captained a team of Swedish DJs against a Tiësto-led Dutch squad in a charity match at Miami's Winter Music Conference in 2012, raising money for (RED).
Swedish House Mafia have not disclosed pricing, a release date, or a full item list at the time of writing.
