Tiësto has released a new trance single with saxophonist Caleb Arredondo, out now via his Musical Freedom imprint. The track is built around the distinctive melody from Arredondo's viral 'Echo Sax End,' a series of self-composed saxophone pieces recorded in empty parking garages and acoustic halls.
A Cinematic Trance Collaboration
The new single marks the concluding chapter of that series, now reimagined through the lens of Tiësto's vintage trance production. 'Echo Sax Finale' opens with a rushing surge before an expansive break, where Arredondo's sax patterns float and flutter through his haunting production. There are no lyrics here, just a sweeping instrumental with a euphoric trance drop that carries through to the end.
Road-Tested in Major Sets
Fans have been hearing 'Echo Sax Finale' in Tiësto's DJ sets for some time, including at EDC Las Vegas, the Great Pyramids of Giza and his three-hour sunset performance at Miami's We Belong Here festival.
For fans who have spent years calling for his return to trance, the track arrives ahead of a long-awaited new album from the Dutch electronic music icon.
