Insomniac has announced the inaugural Wasteland Orlando, scheduled for February 5–6, 2027, at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. The two-day event marks the first time the hard dance festival has expanded beyond its Southern California home base to the East Coast.
Three-stage layout with Basscon, Mutate, and Unreal Germany
The Orlando edition will feature three newly designed stages hosting more than 40 artists across hardstyle, hard techno, and hardcore. Basscon and Mutate, both Insomniac imprints known for their hard dance programming at EDC Las Vegas, will each host stage takeovers. The third stage will be produced and hosted by Unreal Germany, a German promoter active in Europe's hardstyle and hardcore circuits.
Tickets and presale details
Two-day general admission and VIP passes go on presale Thursday, August 13, at 11:30 a.m. ET, with general on-sale beginning at 12 p.m. ET. Tickets will be available through orlando.wastelandfest.com.
The Orlando debut represents Insomniac's first attempt at establishing a dedicated hard dance community on the East Coast and adds to the promoter's growing presence in Florida. Lineup announcements are expected in the coming months.
