Zamna Tulum Announces 10-Day Anniversary Festival in December

Extended Run Marks Decade Since Launch

Zamna Tulum is celebrating 10 years with a 10-day anniversary event running December 31, 2026 through January 10, 2027. The festival returns to the Tulum jungle where it started in 2017, bringing its flagship edition back to the Mexican Caribbean for its longest run yet.

Organizers released a commemorative anniversary video tracing the festival's evolution across its first decade, highlighting artists, performances, and moments that shaped the brand. According to the announcement, additional details will roll out in the coming weeks as the festival builds toward its landmark edition.

A Decade of House and Techno in the Jungle

Since its 2017 launch, Zamna has built a reputation for booking top-tier talent across house and techno. Over the years its stages have hosted Black Coffee, Tale Of Us, Keinemusik, David Guetta, RÜFÜS DU SOL, John Summit, Diplo, Peggy Gou, ARTBAT, Solomun, Adriatique, Tiësto, Maceo Plex, Nina Kraviz, Vintage Culture, Seth Troxler, Loco Dice, Dixon, Honey Dijon, Gorillaz, Joseph Capriati, Anyma, Boris Brejcha, Anotr, Michael Bibi, Mochakk, and Carola, among others.

What began as an intimate gathering has grown into a global platform. Zamna now runs events across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, though Tulum remains the flagship. Each year, the original edition draws hundreds of thousands of attendees from more than 100 countries, turning the coastal town into a dance music hub over the holiday season.

Production Built Around Immersion

Production design has been central to the Zamna identity since the start. The festival is known for architectural stage builds, large-scale LED installations, elaborate lighting rigs, and sound systems engineered to envelop the crowd. Each stage functions as its own environment, with visuals programmed to evolve throughout the night rather than loop on a fixed cycle.

The anniversary video brings that approach into focus, weaving together footage from past editions while teasing the upcoming 10th-anniversary production. Zamna has also opened the second ticket tier for the Zamna Tulum Multipass, a flexible pass for the 10-day run. Lineup announcements are expected in the coming weeks.
